Things I’m Obsessing Over This Week: Wellness Products Worth Trying

This past weekend I attended the Wanderlust Wellspring Festival here in Palm Springs, what a fun event! This event is targeted at the greater community of wellness innovators, brands, influencers, and enthusiasts. It was a weekend full of cool workout classes, meditation, insightful talks on the health and wellness industry, the list goes on and on.  The purpose of the event is to connect wellness leaders and enthusiasts, discover the latest products and witness trends taking place in the wellness industry. A wellness event like no other.

I had the opportunity to try out so many amazing products but for the sake of this blog post I narrowed it down to my top 5 favorite products from the Wellspring Festival.

5 Wellness Products Worth Trying

Swisse Vitamins and Supplements

I’ve used their skin nails liquid for a while but this event introduced me to their Swisse Ultiboost Sleep, a sleep support supplement containing magnesium and herbs. One of the key ingredients in this product is valerian, a more natural pure ingredient compared to its melatonin counterpart.  I struggle with sleep, have for many years so I am always on the lookout for an all natural sleep product. The Ultiboost sleep is my new go to and I know how clean the ingredients are so I never have to worry about feeling my body with junk.

Flow Water

This stuff is so damn good. I am trying to cut back the amount of soda I drink so I am always on the lookout for new delicious drinks and this one is a winner. It is a supernatural, delicious alkaline water that has the right amount of sweetness. I suffer from really bad acid reflux and the one thing that has completely helped all of my symptoms is alkaline water. So not only is Flow Water delicious but it also is really helping my acid reflux symptoms.

My Favorite: Strawberry and Rose Flavored

Bulletproof Coffee

I have read the reviews on Bulletproof Coffee but never took the time to invest in the product. I was given a few boxes of bulletproof coffee at the event and I’m a believer. I think a lot of people are scared of bulletproof coffee because of its high-fat content but it is a meal replacement that will absolutely keep you full until lunch. Not only does it keep you feeling full but it also helps your brain stay focused throughout the day, win, win, win.

My Favorite: Orignal Coldbrew Plue Collagen Protein

RX Bar

I hate eggs, I wish I loved them because I know the health benefits they contain but seriously since I was a little teeny tiny kid I have always hated eggs. When you see RX bar at the store one of the first ingredients on the label is eggs, for that reason alone I have always been so wary of this product. BUT! I finally tried RX bar over the weekend and I am a believer! YUMMMM!!! I tried a ton of different varieties of this bar but the one I fell in love with and will be purchasing ASAP is the Chocolate Sea Salt, SO. DANG. GOOD!

Purely Elizabeth

Okay, this is not a new product to me but I saw the represented over the weekend and just had to give a huge shout out to them because I love their product. I first discovered their product last year when I was on a grain free diet. My favorite breakfast is yogurt with granola and I was really struggling to find a grain-free granola at a good price point and then  I discovered Purely Elizabeth. Since discovering this brand I have tried a majority of their products, my all time favorite is The Purely Elizabeth Probiotic Gluten Free Granola, Chocolate Sea Salt. I didn’t realize I loved Chocolate Sea Salt so much but apparently, I have a type.

I love that I live in Palm Springs and have the opportunity to attend such cool events like this one. Thanks so much to Swisse Vitamins and Supplements for having me, I had such a blast and can’t wait to go back next year!
