If you were to visit my lipstick collection right now you would think I have a problem. I’m (almost) embarrassed. When it comes to lipsticks, I am a bit of a hoarder. The amount of lip colors I have in my makeup collection is ridiculous. I do have a vast variety of lip colors but the majority, I’m talking a solid 75%, are nude lip products. Take one look at my Instagram and you know I LOVE a nude lip.
If you’re a true lipstick connoisseur, as I fancy myself, you know that every nude lip product is special in its way. Matte, shiny, lipsticks pencils, glosses, creams – the possibilities are endless when it comes to shades and finishes!
I love a bold, bright lip now and then but my favorite for every day are different shades of the perfect nude. My favorite part about a nude lip color is its the perfect lip color for every day of the year.
My goal when applying my everyday lipstick is I want my lips to look natural but better. In my opinion, the perfect nude lip color is a heavy brown undertone with a splash of pink. So today, I am sharing my top nude lip products. In this list of favorites, there is a variety of colors and consistencies but they are all wonderful in their way.
Lip products are one of the few makeup items that you don’t have to spend a fortune to get a quality product. My lipstick collection is a solid mix of drugstore and high end. But every morning when I am searching for the perfect color I constantly find myself grabbing a NYX product or lately its been a Maybelline lip color.

Pro-tip: I never, ever put lipstick on my lips without first lining and filling in my entire lip with a nice lip liner. This is so important to note because these shades that I recommend will look so much different without the lip liner base.

No matter where I am shopping at; Nordstrom, TJ MAXX, Target, you name it, I always gravitate towards the makeup section to try and find a new lip product I haven’t yet discovered. I am a bit obsessed! I try hard to talk myself out of buying a new nude lip color but somehow I always manage to find a way to justify it. “Well, this one is a little more brown than peach.” I know, I know, I sound like a crazy person.
